Care & Longevity
PU and leather-blend belts are best cared for by wiping clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid conditioners, oils, or waxes, as these can damage the surface coating.
Store flat or hanging and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Like most coated materials, cracking or peeling over time can occur depending on use and storage.

How the ratchet belt works
- Hidden track on the underside of the belt
- Buckle locks into place securely
- Release lever allows smooth adjustment

Recommended For
If you fall into any of the categories below, a ratchet belt is our number one recommendation — and here’s why:
- Sales & corporate professionals — delivers a consistently clean, refined fit with no stretched holes, no distortion, and no visible wear. Your belt stays sharp and aligned, wear after wear.
- Weight loss or body-shape changes — precision micro-adjustment delivers a perfect fit every time, without needing to replace your belt
- Manual dexterity challenges — quick-release lever and guided track system reduce hand effort when fastening or adjusting
- “In-between sizes” belt wearers — no fixed holes, no compromise, just controlled, incremental adjustments and precision fit.

Important
Belt Sizing
To find your correct belt size, measure around your waist or hips with a dressmaker’s tape where you normally wear your belt — this measurement in inches is your belt size. You can also measure an existing belt from the base of the buckle to the hole you use most often for an accurate result. If you’re unsure, a quick rule of thumb is to take your pant size and add 2 inches.
FAQ's
Yes. Because there are no pin holes being stretched or torn, the leather maintains its structure and appearance for longer, especially with regular wear.
Yes. If your belt arrives too long, or you’re purchasing it as a gift, the strap can be trimmed from the buckle end. As a general guide, the buckle should sit around one-third of the way along the tracking system once fastened — though this can be adjusted to personal preference.
High-quality ratchet mechanisms are built for daily use. With normal wear, the system remains secure and reliable over time.
No worries. If your belt doesn’t fit, you can return it in its original condition with a reply paid envelope, and we will send out a replacement belt ASAP.
